AI Kingdom Club may include:

• Live AI training sessions
• Recorded lessons and replays
• Digital tools, prompts, templates, and frameworks
• Community access through GrowthHub, Facebook, Zoom, or other platforms
• AI strategy, productivity, automation, and business growth education
• Faith-aligned business encouragement and ethical AI guidance

We may update, modify, expand, pause, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. No Guarantee of Results

AI Kingdom Club provides education, training, tools, and guidance. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, operational, marketing, spiritual, personal, or professional outcomes.

Your results depend on your effort, experience, implementation, market conditions, decision-making, and other factors outside our control.

4. AI-Specific Disclaimers

AI tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before using it.

AI Kingdom Club does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, compliant, original, secure, or suitable for your specific purpose.

You agree not to use AI tools, prompts, training, or outputs for:

• Fraud
• Impersonation
• Deception
• Harassment
• Misinformation
• Illegal activity
• Harmful automation
• Discrimination
• Unauthorized data scraping
• Any unethical or unlawful purpose

5. No Professional Advice

AI Kingdom Club does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, mental health, investment, insurance, or professional licensed advice.

All content is for educational and informational purposes only. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making decisions that require professional advice.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Services lawfully and ethically
• Protect your login credentials
• Respect other members
• Maintain confidentiality of private community discussions
• Verify information before implementation
• Use AI responsibly
• Comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and community standards

You are responsible for your actions, your implementation, your business decisions, and your results.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Share your account access
• Record, copy, distribute, or resell training sessions
• Scrape, harvest, or extract member data
• Use community insights to build competing products or services
• Reverse engineer our prompts, frameworks, templates, GPTs, systems, or configurations
• Misrepresent your relationship with AI Kingdom Club
• Use our content to train competing AI systems
• Upload malicious software or harmful files
• Harass, exploit, manipulate, or intimidate members
• Use the Services in violation of law or platform rules

8. Intellectual Property

All AI Kingdom Club materials are owned by iNGEN Enterprises Solutions LLC or its licensors, including:

• Prompts, Templates, Frameworks
• Training materials, Videos, Slides, Workbooks
• GPT configurations, Course structures
• Community systems, Proprietary methods, AI workflows
• Program names, Brand language, Logos

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own personal or internal business use. You do not receive ownership of our intellectual property.

9. Non-Replication, Non-Distribution, and Non-Compete Use Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, teach, train from, or create derivative products from AI Kingdom Club materials.

This includes no replication, resale, sublicensing, or derivative use of our prompts, frameworks, GPT configurations, training systems, templates, course materials, or community processes.

You may not use AI Kingdom Club content to create a competing membership, course, coaching program, AI training product, GPT, SaaS tool, agency offer, or consulting framework without written permission.

10. Training and Course Content Protection

You may not record, download, share, publish, distribute, or resell live sessions, replays, slides, handouts, prompts, worksheets, or training materials unless we provide written permission.

Access is granted only to the registered member or authorized purchaser.

11. Community Conduct and Pastoral Sensitivity

AI Kingdom Club is designed to be a respectful, faith-aligned, professional learning environment.

Members must communicate with humility, integrity, and respect. Harassment, manipulation, exploitation, abusive language, discrimination, or divisive conduct may result in removal without refund.

Faith-based discussions must remain respectful and non-coercive. We reserve the right to moderate, remove content, or suspend access when conduct violates the spirit or standards of the community.

12. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, upload, or share. By sharing content inside the Services, you grant us a limited license to use it as necessary to operate, support, moderate, and improve the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate another party’s rights, confidentiality, privacy, or intellectual property.

13. AI Output Ownership and Usage

Unless otherwise stated, you may use AI outputs you generate through your own accounts or tools, subject to the terms of those third-party platforms.

However, AI outputs generated from our proprietary prompts, frameworks, templates, or training systems may not be used to reproduce, resell, or compete with AI Kingdom Club.

14. Brand Protection

You may not use our names, logos, trademarks, program names, or brand assets without written permission. Protected names may include:

• AI Kingdom Club
• AI For The Kingdom
• AI For The Curious
• [Other Program Names]
• [Company Name]

Unauthorized use may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.

15. Payment, Billing, Refunds, and Cancellation

By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to pay all stated fees. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Payments are due at the time of purchase.
• Subscription fees may renew automatically.
• Missed or failed payments may result in suspension.
• Digital products, memberships, trainings, and community access are non-refundable.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund.
• Promotional pricing, founding member pricing, or grandfathered pricing may be changed or discontinued for new customers.

Refund exceptions, if any, must be stated in writing at the time of purchase.

16. Third-Party Platforms

AI Kingdom Club may use third-party platforms including Zoom, Facebook, GrowthHub, payment processors, email systems, AI tools, and other software.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, data practices, account restrictions, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms. Your use of third-party platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies.

17. Privacy and Data Usage Overview

We may collect information necessary to provide the Services, process payments, communicate with you, manage community access, improve offerings, and comply with legal obligations.

You agree not to upload sensitive, confidential, regulated, or private third-party information unless you have lawful authority and proper consent. A separate Privacy Policy may provide additional details.

18. Data Security and Retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information shared with us, but no system is completely secure. We may retain records as needed for business, legal, tax, compliance, dispute resolution, and operational purposes.

19. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms or Misuse our content
• Share login credentials or Fail to pay
• Disrupt the community or Use AI unethically
• Infringe intellectual property or Harm our brand, members, or operations

Termination does not remove your obligation to pay amounts owed or comply with surviving IP, confidentiality, dispute, and liability provisions.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Kingdom Club and iNGEN Enterprises Solutions LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Kingdom Club, iNGEN Enterprises Solutions LLC, its owners, leaders, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, and attorney fees arising from:

• Your use of the Services or violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of AI tools or business decisions
• Your content, submissions, or violation of law
• Your infringement of another party’s rights

22. Injunctive Relief

You acknowledge that unauthorized use, copying, distribution, or replication of our intellectual property may cause irreparable harm. We may seek injunctive or equitable relief without posting bond, in addition to other remedies available by law.

23. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before filing a claim, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, unless prohibited by law.

Class actions, collective actions, and consolidated claims are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for permitted court proceedings shall be in Dallas County, Texas, unless another venue is required by law.

25. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective when posted or communicated. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, purchase terms, program agreements, or written service agreements, represent the entire agreement between you and AI Kingdom Club.
