What is your cancellation & refund policy?

We encourage every member to prayerfully and thoughtfully consider their decision prior to enrolling in any AI Kingdom Club programs, memberships, training sessions, or digital products.

Due to the nature of our offerings—which include immediate access to proprietary AI training, systems, frameworks, digital content, and live or recorded experiences—all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Membership fees (AI Kingdom Club)
  • Digital courses, training programs, and workshops
  • Live or virtual event registrations (including missed or unattended sessions)
  • Downloadable resources, templates, and AI systems

Once access has been granted, we are unable to reverse delivery or reclaim intellectual property. As such, refunds and cancellations are not permitted.

Exception – Duplicate Purchases

We recognize that errors can occur. If you have accidentally made a duplicate purchase for the same product, service, or event, we will review and process a refund for the duplicate transaction.

To request assistance, please contact our support team within 5 business days of the transaction and provide:

  • Proof of duplicate charge
  • Name and email used during purchase
  • Transaction details

All approved duplicate refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
